AbstractAbstract
[en] The proposed paper clarifies the environmental qualification and residual lifetime of installed equipment and electrical cables in operating WWER 1000 type units 5 and 6 of Kozloduy NPP. The qualification approach is a combination of analyses and tests in consideration of some specific features of WWER equipment. As a result of the study, selected equipment is divided in 26 groups. Qualification groups include similar types of equipment with equal resistance to foreign impacts, analogous critical parts, and same methods of control and estimation of residual lifetime. Qualification protocols were made for each group. (author)
