[en] The data about nontarged effect after ionizing irradiation in low doses are considered. It is noted that activate or inhibit the synthesis of protein factor leading to cell cycle arrest in the checkpoints, to apoptosis in intact cells. Potential prospective research directions in radiobiology in connection with the data of bystander effect, adaptive protection are reviewed.
