[en] The objective of this project is to establish an emergency plan in accordance with the threat size of the nuclear facilities such as HANARO research reactor, to establish the emergency plan implementing procedures, to establish the emergency response facilities, to establish the cooperation with related organizations, to enhance and verify through emergency education and exercise, and finally to minimize the damage of on-site personnel, residents, property and environment in a real nuclear emergency. The main contents of this project are the following. - Improvement of nuclear emergency plan - Revision and development of emergency plan implementing procedures - Support and cooperation with central and local governments - Support and cooperation with Medical institutions, military, nuclear organization, - Development and implementation of radiation emergency preparedness education - Development and implementation of radiation emergency response exercise - Check or inspection of the nuclear emergency response facilities and equipment periodically - Establishment and maintenance of radiation emergency management system - Establishment and maintenance of emergency personnel contacts - Radiation emergency technical support
