AbstractAbstract
[en] The author first presents and discusses the new German legal framework which has been introduced in July 2011 and defined a new energy policy. This policy notably decides to shut down some nuclear reactors and to phase out nuclear by 2022, with a massive use of renewable energies and a decrease of energy consumption. The author discusses the consequences of this important change on the European electric system for the years to come. He also discusses the impact of these decisions on the European energy policy in terms of electricity market and price, greenhouse gas emissions and CO2 price. He finally examines perspectives for Germany in terms of economic risks and possible industrial breakthrough
