[en] This document reports and comments pollution and radioactivity measurements performed on the AGRIVA industrial site which had been used for different purposes for more than a century (fertilizer production, monazite grinding, hydrocarbon storage, chemicals, storage of metallic wastes, storage of clinker residues). After having recalled these different uses, outlined the specific case of monazite, and recalled past investigations, works and regulatory texts related to the Agriva-Boucau site, the authors describe the context of this new investigation. They report and discuss the obtained results for surface and in-depth dose measurements, in buildings and in underground waters. Recommendations are given
