AbstractAbstract
[en] This document proposes two energy and climate scenarios based on energy saving and on the development of renewable energies. Methodologically, these scenarios are based on a forecast (for 2030) or a back-cast (for 2050) approach. Their objective is either voluntarist as far as the first one is concerned, or aimed at dividing by four greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 as far as the second one is concerned. They both address all sectors: building and urban planning, transport and mobility, food supply, agriculture and land use, industry and industrial processes. They use the same main and environmental indicators (energy, greenhouse gas emissions, air quality, water resources) and slightly different economic indicators (GDP and employment for the first one, investments, trade balance, energy bill for both of them). The first one does not take the consequences of climate change into account, as the second one does for buildings and agriculture
