[en] In this research thesis addressing the structure of intergranular boundaries of pure metals, after a recall of the bi-lattice theory, the author presents various methods of crystalline elasticity, reports the study of grain boundary structure and energy in pure metals, and the study of anodic dissolution of aluminium bicrystals in presence of a perchloric ion, and discusses a specific form of anisotropy in aluminium joint boundaries
