[en] On 25 February 1971 and again on 16 January 1974 the Agency and the Governments of Chile and the United States of America extended by letters of agreement the date set in Section 4 of the Supply Agreement reproduced in document INFCIRC/137 for the termination of Chile's lease of the enriched uranium to which that Agreement applied; on the second occasion the extension ran until 31 December 1974. On that date a Title Transfer Agreement between the three Parties covering the enriched uranium in question entered into force, the text of which is reproduced herein for the information of all Members.
