[en] An experiment on ethnic food dosimetry aspect has been conducted using irpasena facility. The sample were packed in three standard variable boxes, namely box I (15 x 20 x 40) cm3, box II (25 x 20 x 40) cm3, and box III (40 x 20 x 40) cm3. They were irradiated with the doses of around 3 kGy and box III was irradiated with the dose of 5 kGy. Observation of the experiment covers the distribution of dose, box side variable, and alanin dosemeter monitoring. Dose distribution of samples with bulk density was measured alanin dosemeter and Fricke dosemeter was used as reference dosemeter. The results showed that the dose uniformity ratio that maximum dose and minimum dose was irradiated with the dose 3 kGy, for each product with the density of 0.89 g/cm3 was found box I = 1.2413; box II = 1.1630 and box III = 0.9830, respectively. The dose uniformity ratio of box III irradiated with the dose 5 kGy was found 0.8966. (author)
