[en] On 13 November 1984, the Director General received a letter of the same date from the Permanent Mission of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the International Organizations in Vienna, relating to the export of nuclear material, equipment or technology. In the light of the request at the end of this letter, the text is reproduced below as Letter I. On the same day, the Permanent Mission of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the International Organizations in Vienna addressed a letter to the Director General relating to the full implementation of the principles for technology transfers referred to in Letter I.
