[en] This Paper aimed at researching and analyzing the change of the nuclear policy environment influenced by the Fukushima Accident. - The results of nuclear policy environment was used in process of establishing national nuclear policy such as the 4ph Comprehensive Nuclear Energy Promotion Plan, revision of long-term plan for future nuclear system development, TPA 10 new nuclear policy direction. - Furthermore, the Study contributed to suggesting the methodology to establish the national planning by combining bottom-up and top-down approaches and to establishing the conceptual framework for the management of the expert organization
