The damages are accumulated mainly in three areas: The biggest are damages for the country budget from decreased incomes from taxes and emission trade - 8.8 bill. leva, followed by the damages for the NPPs owner - 6.2 bill. leva, a sum that could have allowed the construction of a new unit with power twice greater than the early shutdown units.
