[en] In this work, we are analysing the dose response of HEMAGIC polymer gel dosimeter. Radiation sensitive polymer gel is prepared according to the literature. Gel is poured into the plastic cuvette and covered with aluminium foil in order to avoid autopolymerisation then kept in 4°C for gelling purpose. Dosimetric cuvette is irradiated with 6 MV X-rays from the medical linear accelerator with dose ranging from 2 to 14 Gy at 5 cm depth. Powerful double beam UV-visible spectrophotometer is used to study the optical absorbance
