AbstractAbstract
[en] The temperature dependence of the energy levels of electrons in a semiconductor in a quantizing magnetic field is considered. The temperature change of the semiconductor band gap in a strong magnetic field has been investigated. It is shown that the band gap depends on the effective masses of electrons and holes. It is established that dependence of the electron's effective masses on the energy affects the temperature dependence of the band gap in a quantizing magnetic field. (authors)
