AbstractAbstract
[en] This study deals with hydrogeological conditions on sites, which have been selected as a potential sites to built a HLRW deep repository. Aim of the study is to calculate velocity and directions of groundwater flow in different climatic conditions (present state and pencilling climate). Velocity of groundwater flow depends on density and dynamic viscosity, that are changing with heat contribution, so heat produced by the repository must be also considered. Main tool for calculations is hydrogeological modelling of groundwater flow and heat transport and their impact on changes in groundwater movement. The numerical method used in modeling is finite differences method. Modelling showed important impact of produced heat on groundwater flow during the pleniglacial climate, while in present climate groundwater flow would be predominantly controlled by hydraulic conditions of hydrogeological massif and heat contribution plays only minor role in forming the groundwater regime.
