[en] The paper presents results of the study of the kinetics of an electrocrystallisation composite coatings Zn-Ni/SiO_2 in the X-rays irradiation field. The deposition was from an aqueous solutions with nanopowder SiO_2 (7-15 nm). The effect of the X-ray irradiation on the rate of electrodeposition, on the throwing power of electrolytes with nanopowder SiO_2 was investigated. The materials are polarographic curves deposition coatings Zn-Ni/SiO_2 in the electrochemical cell. Comparative analysis of the kinetics of electrochemical deposition in the X-rays irradiation and without are presented. (authors)
