AbstractAbstract
[en] Full text: Ferroelectric Pb(Zr.52Ti0.48)O3 thin films (PZT) were deposited by Chemical Vapor Deposition-Assisted by Aerosol method (CVDAA) on substrates of platinum (Pt) and aluminum (Al). X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) determined: crystallite size, lattice parameters and crystal planes, morphology and thickness of the PZT films deposited on platinum (Pt) and aluminum (Al), respectively. Moreover, the capacitance measurement was performed using an LCR meter to calculate the dielectric constant of PZT thin films. The mechanical properties of PZT thin films were analyzed by nano-indentation to measure parameters such as elastic modulus and stress supported by the PZT material. The calculation coefficient d33 PZT material considering the coercive electric field from hysteresis curves and measuring the elastic modulus from a stress applied to the PZT interacting by deformation induced in the material. Moreover, simulations were performed to model the behavior of a cantilever, which is the precursor of the harvester. In order to evaluate the factors that can predict the performance of the energy generating device to the physical variables of maximum displacement (bending) and frequency (first vibration mode). The software package was used to Analyze and solve finite element, COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the proposed design. The variables analyzed were the dimensions of the cantilever beam length, width and thickness. The PZT-Pt combination is better compared to PZT-Al because in the first and there is a greater bending the cantilever support, having resulted in greater potential difference. (author)
