[en] In this paper we propose Cellular Nanoscale Networks (CNN) architecture with applications to piezoelectric solid with inhomogeneities of nano size. First we introduce the CNN model of the boundary value problem in the case when the inhomogeneities are in the form of nano-inclusions. Then we develop algorithm for studying travelling wave solutions of the obtained CNN model. Applications and computer validations of the proposed algorithm are presented.
