AbstractAbstract
[en] Solenoids are widely used to focus the charged particles in low energy accelerator. For this purpose, the magnetic axis of the solenoid needs to be aligned with beam axis with reasonable accuracy. Therefore, it becomes an important task to define the magnetic axis of a solenoid based on the magnetic field measurement. In an ideal solenoid on-axis, transverse field is zero. Magnetic axis of a solenoid can be be defined by measuring the magnetic field inside and outside of the solenoid. (author)
