AbstractAbstract
[en] Full text: The ceramic materials as MFe2O4 and MTiO3 , where M is the metal with oxidation state 2 to 4, with M dopagens from 20% of the Fe2O4 array and TiO3 feature high values for relative permittivity (εr > 10). This feature indicates that such materials are good competitor for manufacture of devices and microwave circuits of low dimensions as and dielectric antennas operate in frequency bands 2.0 to 6.0 GHz. The advantages of these ceramics are low profile and temperature coefficient, repeatability phases, giving the best result dielectric along the structure of condensed ceramic as MFe2O4 and MTiO3 (M2+ = Sr, Zn, Co e Ni), route combustion method and polymeric precursors 'Pechini'. The analysis by DRX found materials that showed just the phase with regard to the phase of ferrite and two stages for the titanate dielectric constant of these materials, obtained from the pressed material dimensions 1 x 2 cm each, obtaining the values of 18, 13, 12 and 10 respectively for the ceramics as MFe2O4 and MTiO3 (M2+ = Sr, Zn, Co and Ni).
