[en] Full text: Ferroelectric ceramics are wide class of materials with technological applications in diverse areas such as, energy, health, transport and other [1]. Strontium potassium niobate (KSN) is a ferroelectric oxide with TTB structure and the main objective of this research is centered in the production of free lead ferroelectric ceramic systems modified with CuO:B2O3 ration. The detailed methodology of the manufacturing process of these ceramic systems was reported in this reference [2]. This ration CuO:B2O3 is a very effective as sintering additive and the lattice parameters changed as function of doping concentration and the EDS results is in concordance with these results. In addition, these additives lead to the formation of a singular grain boundary structure [3]. The inclusion of boron ions (B3+) as well as the oxidation - reduction process of CuO is dominant in this ceramic system. The UV-VIS and NIR results showed that both the absorption spectra of the KSN matrix as KSN-CuO systems are similar. The polarized light optical microscopies showed the formation of multiscale structures and the formation of brighter phases distributed throughout KSN matrix. Luminescence studies are still in developing. A correlation between structural results and microscopies (MO, AFM, and SEM - EDX) will be presented. References: [1] Moulson, A. J.; Herbet, J.
