[en] Experimental studies have been conducted regarding heat transfer of liquid metal downflow in a pipe with different inclination angles in a transverse magnetic field with uniform heating. The probe measuring method has been used to obtain averaged and fluctuation temperature fields. Using these data distributions of local and average heat transfer coefficients, Nusselt numbers and statistical characteristics of temperature fluctuations were calculated. (paper)
