AbstractAbstract
[en] We study three-body decays of Λc* → Λcππ in the consideration of sequential and direct processes. We consider the sequential process going through Σc(2455)π and Σc*(2520)π in intermediate states. The Yukawa coupling constants in the sequential and the direct two pion coupling are calculated from the quark model and the chiral partner structure of heavy baryons, respectively. In this study, we have calculated the three-body decays of Λc*(2595) and Λc*(2625). It is found that Λc*(2625) has a significant nonresonant contribution originated from Σc*(2520)π and direct process. We also find an asymmetric pattern in the pion angular correlations indicating the presence of the direct process. This asymmetric pattern can be measured in experimental facility such as Belle.
