AbstractAbstract
[en] Hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) is an important for in the homeostasis of metabolism, and the study of this target is very hot. Previous studies have confirmed that HIF is closely related to many diseases, such as inflammation, tumor and ionizing radiation radiation damage. The author briefly summarizes some recent research results about HIF research at home and abroad, and provides new ideas for the further study of HIF as a therapeutic target. (authors)
