AbstractAbstract
[en] The Duobengou basin is located on the northern margin of the North China Craton. The SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating yields ages of (156.8 ± 1.8) Ma (MSWD = 1.45) for thyolites indicated that they were all formed in early Late Jurassic age. The thyolites are typical enrichment in SiO2, K2O, but lack of Al2O3, Cao and MgO contents, and strong negative Eu anomaly as well. Besides, relative enrichment in Rb, Th, U, Pb, Zr, Hf, but depletion in Ba, Sr, P, Ti and so on, with the characteristics of A-type thyolite. (87Sr/86Sr)i = (0.706749∼0.714887), εNd(t) = (-11.23∼-8.09), TDM2 = (1601∼1855 Ma), (206Pb/204Pb)t = 16.53∼16.93, (207Pb/204Pb)t = 15.31∼15.39, (208Pb/204Pb)t = 36.96∼37.31, ε18Ov-SMOW = 5.1%∼6.0%. According to the assemblages and geological age of rock and characteristics of Isotopic composition, it is suggested that the volcanic rocks of the Duobengou basin should be classified into the Xinmin Formation. Otherwise, it is inferred that the fault on the northern margin of the North China may pass from the north side of the basin. Combing with the geological characteristics of known uranium deposit, the uranium exploration Hongshanzi U-Mo deposit can be a reference in the process of uranium exploration. (authors)
