[en] After having commented the emergence of positive energy territories, the role of energy as a factor of territorial development (economic development, local value creation by renewable energies, evolution towards a cooperative and territorially-based economy), this contribution discusses how to maintain the cohesion of territories within a deeply evolving world, to rethink strategies of territorial development, to build up energy and territorial autonomy and economy, to strengthen attractiveness and to capture wealth, to anchor wealth and make them circulate, to create non relocatable jobs. In its different parts, the report discusses energy transition as a civilisation challenge, how to appropriate economic stakes related to energy in territories, the development of a strategy for local value creation by renewable energies, the development of strategies of economic development in relationship with transition, and the development of a collaborative and territorial economy. A set of proposals is formulated.
