[en] Illustrated by brief presentations of some good practices, and while formulating recommendations, this publication is related to UN objectives for a better access to energy (objective of a universal access by 2030). It first proposes an overview of the international context, outlines the resilience of the sector of access to energy in front of the world health crisis, and formulates 15 measures to a quicker reach of a universal access to energy. Then, recommendations are formulated for 10 priority action axes: legal and regulatory aspect, products, the future of installations during the operational phase and when the grid comes, pricing of electric power produced by mini-grids, development of activities in relationship with the implementation of mini-grids, nano-grids and solar kiosks, the funding of projects related to access to energy, education and training, collaboration between the different actors involved in the access to energy, support to innovation in solutions for access to energy, and the project governance mode.
