[en] In its first part, a first document defines collective self-consumption, presents the Harmon'Yeu community and its objectives, and indicates the project partners. The second part briefly describes the operational principle and practice of the project (5 producers producing for themselves and for 18 other homes, installed power, sharing operation), indicates some key figures (self-consumption rate, share of solar production in the consumption), indicates the main steps of the project for a typical participant and additional benefits for participants. Then, it describes available options after 2 years of experimentation. A press communique proposes an abridged version.
