[en] A first document indicates why and when it can be said that a region is a positive energy one, proposes a history and an overview of the situation of energy consumption and production in Occitanie, discusses the content of a possible trend-based scenario regarding the evolutions of energy production and consumption, proposes a definition of a 'positive energy region' scenario for energy consumption by the different sectors (housing, office building, industry and agriculture, transport and mobility), for renewable energy production (hydraulic, onshore wind, offshore wind, solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal and heat pumps, biomass, hydrogen and grids). An assessment is proposed. A second document is a Power Point presentation of the same elements with data tables and figures, evocation of planning documents (SRADDET) to include the scenario. The next document is a new version of the first one, and corresponds to an evolution of the first scenario which takes evolutions over the 2015-2050 period into account. The next document is a synthetic presentation of objectives and means for a positive energy region which outlines the benefits of it. The last document focuses on the different sectors (housing and energy renovation, transports and choice of new modes, circular economy and optimisation of the use of resources, renewable energies and their remarkable potential, citizen practices, local communities), and their corresponding objectives and actions, and associated behavioural changes.
