[en] The author, member of a research centre on risks related to nuclear civilian exploitation, proposes an overview and a comment of researches which focused on decommissioning and dismantling (the studied issues and procedures, obligation of information and dialogue, ways to manage site wastes and rehabilitation, distribution of responsibilities, financial implications, investments), on the management of radioactive wastes (legal and moral responsibility, definition of wastes in the Code of the Environment, the time issue and the reversibility), and on nuclear safety and security (the French doctrine, nature of the threat).
