[en] Purpose: To describe possibilities of therapy of breast cancer during pregnancy. Case: In this article we present a case of a 31 year old patient with breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy. Conclusion: Breast cancer during pregnancy constitutes an uncommon but difficult to manage clinical situation. The treatment of women with breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy depends especially on gestational age of the fetus. (author)
