Nuclear Power Plant Life Management. Proceedings of an International Conference. Supplementary Files2021
AbstractAbstract
[en] NPP Borssele is in operation since 1973. Based on a comprehensive LTO assessment in 2013 the plant received a license comprising operation until 2034 (60 years of operation). Within the LTO assessment a ageing management review was performed for all passive safety relevant Systems, Structures and Components. It could be proven that adequate ageing management activities are in place suitable for the planned Long Term Operation. Based on the outcome of the Ageing Management Review and international experiences it was decided to change the existing ageing management process into a more integrated approach.
