AbstractAbstract
[en] A first document references 84 professions of the hydrogen sector and associated skills. It first presents the methodology adopted to collect the needs expressed by industrials (bibliographical study, contributions of industrials, definitions of the sector professions). Then, it identifies skills which are presently required by the sector (technical fields, scientific skills, operational skills, non technical skills, skills which are particularly searched for). It establishes the relationships between skills and training (training levels, specialization), and between skills, activities and objects (required skills with respect to activities, required skills depending on objects of the chain value). It proposes an overview of the situation of professions in the hydrogen sector: profession segmentation, popularity of some professions, numerous professions involved in the chain value. It discusses strategic stakes on the medium and long terms with respect to skills and professions (identification of key skill fields, strategic professions, training needs). It discusses whether the present training offer corresponds to sector needs: case of higher technical and non-technical studies, specific case of accreditations, internal empowerment. It finally identifies points of attention to ensure the development of a strong industrial sector. A second document proposes a synthetic and graphical presentation of activities of the hydrogen industry, a synthesis of the professions of the sector, an identification of ways to create or convert jobs in the sector, an indication of actions directly undertaken by industrials to develop trainings, and indications of ways to develop training.
