[en] This publication presents the results of a survey performed among a small sample of actors representing all energies and all technologies, and belonging to private companies, administrations, academic institutions, and so on. The survey addresses 37 energy stakes belonging to four main families for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015: macro-economic risks and vulnerabilities, geopolitics and regional problems in the field of energy, the energy policy and business climate of companies, and prospective and technologies in the field of energy. For each of these stakes, three dimensions have been explored: the potential impact of the stake on the sector (assessment of the positive or negative impact), the uncertainty level with respect to this impact, and the emergency to react to the problem (either on the short term or on the long term). Answers have been processed to produce bubble diagrams which represent, for each of the 37 indicators, average values associated with each of the three dimensions: the potential impact is horizontally represented, the uncertainty is vertically represented, and the bubble diameter is proportional to the emergency.
