AbstractAbstract
[en] With the objective of contributing to the determination of energy potentials, stakes and opportunities in relationship with the reduction of energy consumption in compliance with needs and possibilities of territories, this publication sheds a light on energy transition and on the adaptation to climate change while taking territory peculiarities into account. It first proposes an overview of the situation of the Provence-Alpes-Cote-d'Azur region: a historically high energy consumption, a mainly hydraulic and solar production, a concentration of major energy needs along the coast with inland resources to be valorised. It discusses the role of planning as a lever for energy transition in territories: a planning approach which is adapted to a variety of territorial profiles and to spaces with several specific problematics. Then, it addresses two aspects of energy vulnerability for housing: poverty on the coast, and harsh climate in Alpine areas
