[en] This publication aims at shedding a light on the dynamics of territories committed in energy transition, and thus at providing guidelines for territories which would like to launch a largely inclusive and ambitious energy-climate approach. After having evoked the case of the Jura regional natural park, and outlined the evolution and extension of involved actors, this guide indicates some examples of actions (development of village-based power plants, construction of a wood-fired boiler house, creation of or support to a short-circuit farm through collective catering, and so on), outlines that services must demonstrate the exemplarity of the community, and the needs of a coordinated approach, of a commitment of elected people through the successes of other territories, of the presence of a mission head, and to valorise exchanges between territories. It also evokes how to address the issues of vulnerability and of adaptation, how to sustain the dynamics on the long term.
