[en] This doctoral thesis presented by Manuel Stuehlinger discusses the relationship of psychological safety to safety-relevant and risk-taking behavior. Previous studies are referred to. In this dissertation, the findings provide novel insights into how psychological safety is related to safety-relevant and risk-taking behavior and into the mechanisms of interpersonal climate with regard to individual behavior. A newly developed theory-driven model enables the consideration of the effect of psychological safety on different kinds of individual behavior
