AbstractAbstract
[en] After a presentation of the Observatory (background, missions, governance) and of some general principles adopted for the study (choice of indicators, data collection and processing, indicator production and analysis, validation, indicator updating), a first document presents the calculation methodology adopted for the climate issue (calculation of climate indicators, of indicators of climate change, of greenhouse emission data, and of carbon absorption), for the air issue (general principle, sector-based modelling of commune emissions), and for the energy issue (calculation of energy consumption data, of energy production data, of renewable energy potentials), and for energy networks (gas transport and distribution networks, heat and cold networks). It also presents the principle of 'secretisation' of data of energy consumption and of greenhouse gas emissions. Other documents presents data related to climate (emissions, carbon sinks, climate change, impacts of climate change), air quality (assessment, population exposure, assessment of pollution episodes), and energy (consumption, productions and production shares, development potential for renewable energies) in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region for different recent years
