AbstractAbstract
[en] Illustrated by maps and tables, a first publication highlight lies made by French authorities at the time of the Chernobyl accident and after the publication of measurements performed by the CRIIRAD between 1987 and 1993, outlines the level of soil pollution in some French regions, the fact that the contamination of some food products is not negligible, and the unmanageable character of nuclear catastrophes. The second publication states that international, European and national bodies and authorities implemented a legal framework which only aims at managing nuclear catastrophes at the lowest cost: no specific civil responsibility of the nuclear industry, limitation of the taking of genetic and carcinogenic effects into account, no acknowledgment of the effect of low doses and of radon, too high admitted level for food product contamination whereas other recommendations have been published for children and pregnant women, and so on
