AbstractAbstract
[en] This study analyses and compares the legislations of five countries (Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Norway and UK) regarding the offshore oil exploration and exploitation. It more particularly examines arrangements which govern the nature of the competent authority for the issue of titles or authorisations, the document allocation procedure (including environmental obligations), the content of these documents, and obligations to which title owners are submitted. It also presents the French context regarding these issues, proposes a comparative table. It proposes monographs which address the various above aspects
