The Board of Governors approved the Additional Protocol on 6 June 2018. It was signed on 7 June 2018 in Vienna, Austria. 2. Pursuant to Article 17 of the Additional Protocol, the Protocol entered into force on 31 December 2020 at 23:00 GMT.
