[en] This report supplies emissions data, for France, concerning all the substances covered by the different protocols adopted under the Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP), under the aegis of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and by the European Directive on national emission ceilings (NEC). The substances covered are sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX), non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOCs), ammonia (NH3), carbon monoxide (CO), total suspended particles (TSP), fine particles (PM10 and PM2.5), and black carbon (BC), heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) and persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as dioxins and furans (PCDD/F), specified polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) compounds (BaP, BbF, BkF, IndPy), polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs) and hexa-chlorobenzene (HCB). Parties to the Convention have to report emissions of these substances annually. Since the March 2016 edition, results are reported in the format UNECE/NFR in accordance with the new specifications set out in the guidelines relative on guidelines for reporting emission data under the Convention on LRTAP (ECE/EB.AIR/125 March 13, 2014) defined by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. The results are presented at the national level with the updated 2014 NFR nomenclature using 5 sectors and 127 sub-sectors. Conversely, the nomenclature used in the national inventory system to conduct inventories is the CORINAIR/ SNAP 97c nomenclature. A table of correspondence NFR/SNAP 97c is included in this report (cf. annex 10). For the entire period (going back as far as 1980) concerning each substance, estimates provided in the previous inventories have been reviewed and corrected to take into account updated statistics, improved knowledge and possible changes in methodology

Le present rapport fournit pour la France les donnees d'emissions des substances retenues au titre des differents protocoles mis en oeuvre dans le cadre de la Convention sur la Pollution Atmospherique Transfrontiere a Longue Distance (CPATLD) de la Commission Economique pour l'Europe des Nations Unies, ainsi qu'au titre de la Directive europeenne relative aux Plafonds d'Emissions Nationaux (NEC). Les substances inventoriees sont le SO2, les NOX, le NH3, les COVNM, le CO, les metaux lourds (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn), les poussieres totales en suspension (TSP), les particules fines (PM10 et PM2,5), le black carbon (carbone suie, BC) et certains composes organiques persistants (POP) tels que les dioxines et les furanes (PCDD/F), les hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP) sous forme speciee (BaP, BbF, BkF et IndPy), les polychlorobiphenyles (PCB) et l'hexachlorobenzene (HCB). Les Etats signataires de ces protocoles doivent rapporter annuellement les emissions de ces substances. Depuis l'edition de mars 2016, les resultats sont rapportes au format CEE-NU/NFR selon les nouvelles specifications contenues dans le document relatif aux lignes directrices pour le rapportage des emissions dans le cadre de la CPATLD (ECE/EB.AIR/125 du 13 mars 2014) emis par la Commission Economique pour l'Europe des Nations Unies. Les resultats sont presentes au niveau national avec la nomenclature NFR actualisee en 2014 qui comporte 5 secteurs et 127 sous-secteurs. En revanche la nomenclature d'elaboration utilisee dans le systeme national d'inventaire (SNIEBA) est la nomenclature CORINAIR/ SNAP 97c. Une table de correspondance NFR/ SNAP 97c est incluse dans ce rapport (cf. annexe 10).
