AbstractAbstract
[en] A comprehensive survey of elementary particle theory is presented. Quantum field theory, helicity formalism, analyticity, and SU(3) are developed and used for discussions of experiments on decays of resonances, meson (π)-nucleon scattering, peripheral resonance production, electromagnetic form factors, and weak interactions. Included are partially conserved axial vector currents, the Cabibbo theory, and the foundations for the Weisberger sum rule for the axial renormalization constant. Very high energy elastic scattering and the phenomenological interpretation of experiments are also considered. (orig.)

Es wird ein umfassender Ueberblick ueber die Theorie der Elementarteilchen gegeben. Die Quantenfeldtheorie, der Helizitaetsformalismus, die Analytizitaet und SU(3) werden entwickelt und zur Diskussion von Experimenten ueber Resonanzzerfaelle, Meson (π)-Nukleon-Streuung, Entstehung peripherer Resonanzen, elektromagnetische Formfaktoren und schwache Wechselwirkung herangezogen. Ferner werden teilweise erhaltene Axialstroeme die Cabibbo-Theorie und die Grundlagen fuer die Weisberger-Summenregel fuer die axiale Renormierungskonstante behandelt. Die hochenergetische elastische Streuung und die phaenomenologische Interpretation von Experimenten werden ebenfalls behandelt. (orig./AK)Original Title
