[en] A manual is presented which outlines the actions that are implemented by Consumers Power Company personnel during design, procurement, construction, fueling, testing, operation, refueling, maintenance, repair and modification of its nuclear power plants. The program complies with the quality assurance requirements contained in Appendix B of 10 CFR 50, and responds to the additional requirements and guidance contained in NRC Regulatory Guides and the ANSI series of Standards related to design, construction, and operation of nuclear power plants.
