[en] The results of preliminary experiment for the measurement of π⁺ by (e, e'π⁺) reaction are described. The purpose concerns (1) the possibility of π⁺ separation in the positive particles (p, e⁺, π⁺, etc.) produced by electron irradiation; (2) the measurement of π⁺ energy distribution; and (3) the determination of π⁺ count rate fed to the low excitation level of residual nuclei. The feasibility of the above purposes was studied in the experiment with a double-focusing magnetic spectrometer (LDM), and the result of calculation for ¹²C as the target. The measuring system for (γ, π⁺) experiment is also described. (Mori, K.)
