AbstractAbstract
[en] In the reaction pp→ppπ+π+π-π- at 10 GeV/c, enhancements around 1100 and 1300 MeV/c2 in the (π+π+p-) and (π+π-π-) systems are analysed. The peak at A2- is mainly visible in association with the Δ++(1236) resonance, a phenomenon analogous to the previous observed reaction type pp→ΔrhoN. In contrast, a weak enhancement at A1+ is not visible together with the Δ0(1236) resonance. The peak at A1+ is predominantly seen in a subsample of single diffraction like events, whereas the peak at A2- is only visible in the corresponding non-diffractive subsample. (Auth.)
