AbstractAbstract
[en] A study has been made of the formation of colour centers in halophosphate phosphors under the effect of short-wave (185nm) UV- and X-radiation of copper. The spectral composition of the thermoluminescence of samples under study, with an emission band of 512 nm, is presented. The experiment results suggest that short-wave (185 nm) UV- and X-radiation ionize the colour centers of antimonium and manganese in halophoshpate phosphors. As a result of interactions of electrons with point defects, colour centers are produced, whose concentration is proportional to the number of point defects in halophosphate phosphors
