[en] The total energies. radii, and matrix elements of monopole transitions for low 0+-levels of 16O nucleus are calculated with allowance for states with a large quantum number. The paper considers the choice of base functions and the computation method, presents the calculated results for energies, radii and other values, and compares them with experimental data
