AbstractAbstract
[en] Electrical conduction studies in a broad range of partial oxygen pressures indicate that Sc2O3 is a nonstoichimetric oxide with a predominantly ionic type of conduction. The ionic conduction increases with the desrease of temperature. The temperature coefficient of p-conduction at psub(O2)=1 atm approaches the activation energy of the ionic component
