AbstractAbstract
[en] The problems encountered in determining TSH by radioimmunoassay are mostly due to excessive radioactive labelling and insufficient testing of optimum precipitation conditions in the double antibody technique. The problems of accuracy are best approached by running recovery curves in serum. Sensitivity can be enhanced by varying incubation conditions, and incubation times can be shortened by decreasing the incubation volumes. (orig.)

Die Probleme der radioimmunologischen TSH-Bestimmung sind meist Folgen zu hoher radioaktiver Markierung sowie ungenuegenden Austestens optimaler Faellungsbedingungen bei der Doppelantikoerpermethode. Die Probleme der Richtigkeit werden am besten durch Mitfuehrung von Wiederfindekurven in Serum angegangen. Die Empfindlichkeit kann u.a. durch Variation der Inkubationsbedingungen verbessert, die Inkubationszeit durch Verminderung der Inkubationsvolumina verkuerzt werden. (orig.)Original Title
